To track the progress of your shipment, click on "My Account" and login to your account. Click on "view details" next to your order number and then click on the tracking number.

All domestic shipments will be sent via United States Postal Service and International shipments use Global Post which partners with USPS.

Shipments within the United States: Your shipping charge will be $4.50 for your entire order (no matter how large), which includes free insurance coverage on the first $50 and free Delivery Confirmation.
Shipments to CanadaYour shipping charge will be $18.00 for the first item plus $2.00 for each additional item.  This price includes prepaid duties and taxes which means your package will arrive at your doorstep. All taxes are covered free and clear including duties and value added taxes (VAT). We use Global Post for International Packages. You can track your package by following this link and pasting your tracking number there.
International Shipments: ***The Postal Service in the following countries has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance: Australia, New Zealand, Afghanistan, and Liberia*** We are not able to ship packages to those countries at this time.
All other countries - Your shipping charge will be $18.00 for the first item plus $2.00 for each additional item. We use Global Post to send International packages. International packages can be tracked here Our International shipping charges are an estimate so that we can give you the best shipping price. When ordering the following oversized items, actual shipping may be more than was estimated: LARGE MAGIC ORNAMENTS, PLUSH SNOWMEN, BOOK SETS, DISPLAYS, ETC.  In this rare case an additional charge may need to be added to your order to cover shipping.  You will be contacted first via email.***

Reshipment: If a package ends up being undeliverable and is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the cost of reshipment will be charged to the customer.  Our shipping system is automated and uses the address exactly as it was entered by the customer at checkout.
Shipping Total: Your shipping charge will be added to your order during step 2 of the checkout process.  If your order total is over $50, you will be given the option to purchase additional insurance.  You will be able to see the final total of your order before you add your payment information.
Arrival Time: Customers will be emailed a code for tracking your package once it has been shipped.  You can expect your US shipment to arrive within 4-7 days of placing your order (Many packages are taking longer this holiday season due to delays at the post office). If we see that there will be a delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by phone or email. Please note that international shipping requires additional time. We will do express shipping upon request.  Please email or call for specifics. Minimum charge will be $25.

Benefit of Insurance Coverage
If your ornaments are damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately.  We will replace your damaged items and most likely arrange for you to return them to us.  Since we are privately insured, you will not usually see insurance fees included in the USPS postage sticker on your package and all shipping damages/losses should be handled directly with Ornament Mall.
