1991 Flocked Lamb *Never Issued *RARE PROTOTYPE

This is a Merry Miniature that was produced but Never Issued. It looks like the flocked lamb on the 1991 Baby's First Easter Merry Miniature but this has a base and a sticker. VERY RARE! THIS IS THE PROTOTYPE of the LAMB!
